2 large Eggs
3/4 cup Sugar
2 cups heavy or whipping cream
1 cup milk or half n half

Whisk eggs in mixing bowl until light & fluffy, mix in sugar until completely blended & then add cream and milk, chill before placing in the ice cream maker! makes 1 quart
